What this portal does
The AAB EXCO/Administration uses this portal to keep the register current, capture every renewal, and notify members ahead of expiry. Members themselves have no access to the portal.

Members submit renewals to the office. Staff log the renewal, and extend the expiry date.
Members in good standing receive a 30-day and a 7-day expiry reminder. Each dispatch is logged to ensure no duplicates.
Operational summary
The portal's daily run dispatches reminders, closes stale sessions, and audits each access. EXCO focuses on the records; the schedule handles the rest.
